The Basics
🕒 How long will my order take to process?
We know you're excited to get your hands on some epic Insect Wars gear! Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. If you’re from outside the U.S., international orders usually take about 2-3 weeks, but it could take 4-6 weeks depending on customs and local postal systems.
Keep in mind, if there’s a sudden swarm of orders, processing might take a little longer. We’re just as eager as you are to get your gear shipped out!
🐜 Why hasn’t my order shipped out on time?
Sometimes, our most popular designs fly off the shelves faster than we can restock them (looking at you, mantis lovers!). If your order was a pre-order for one of these exclusive designs, this could add a few days to the usual processing time. And if there’s a big influx of orders (thanks to our amazing fans), that might cause minor delays too.
Check your order email for any updates or swarm alerts!
📦 Why hasn't my tracking info updated?
Just like insects sometimes hide in plain sight, your package might seem to be standing still. Some shipping providers don’t update tracking in real-time. Rest assured, your Insect Wars package is likely farther along in its journey than it seems. It’s just laying low until it’s closer to your doorstep!
🌍 Where is Insect Wars based?
While we don’t have a physical storefront yet, our designs hatch and thrive at our shipping base in Orlando, Florida. We’re always plotting our next move from there!
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We like to keep things simple and secure. You can pay for your Insect Wars gear using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and even Afterpay if you want to split up your payments!

🛫 Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! Just like the insect kingdom knows no borders, neither does Insect Wars. Most of our designs can be shipped anywhere in the world. No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your warrior bug gear gets to you!
✏️ I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
We move fast here at Insect Wars HQ. Sometimes, your order is already packed and ready to fly out in minutes! If you realize you entered the wrong address, send us an email ASAP at support@insectwars.co with both the incorrect and correct addresses. We’ll do everything we can to update it before your package is sent out to battle, but we can’t guarantee changes after it leaves our hands.

🔍 How do I check the status of my order?
After your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your Insect Wars package on its epic journey to your door.
🎨 Do you offer custom designs?
Not yet, but we’re always working on new ideas! Follow our Insect Wars Insiders channel for updates on limited edition releases, exclusive designs, and maybe even custom offers in the future.
👕 What’s the best way to care for my Insect Wars gear?
To keep your Insect Wars apparel looking fresh and battle-ready, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water and hanging it to dry. It helps preserve the vibrant colors of the fierce insect designs so you can keep rocking your gear for many battles to come!
🐞 What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Oops! While our insect warriors are tough, sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us at support@insectwars.co within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send our swarm to fix the issue as quickly as possible!
